Payment & Tax
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Rodan vs Griffith will accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express only. The amount of your purchases will be debited from your account on the date of sale. Rodan vs Griffith will not be responsible for any delay in shipment due to incomplete or incorrect information given at time of order.

Sales tax will be added to all purchases made and/or delivered to residents of the State of California.

Exchange & Refund
Rodan vs Griffith will accept merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed and with all tags attached. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

When your package is received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from Rodan vs Griffith.
